Refund policy

We hope you are pleased with your purchase however for whatever reason the product is not suitable please email us within 14 days to arrange a return (this does not affect your statutory rights).

Please note that products must be returned in a resalable condition, in their original packaging, sealed and unused. We cannot accept products that have been tampered with or spoiled. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot exchange earrings that have been tried on.

We will endeavour to provide a full refund upon receipt of the returned product and will, wherever possible credit your original method of payment.

We kindly ask that you retain proof of posting until you have received your refund.
