Shipping Policy

KickyKnackyDooDah will ship orders to addresses in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, & the Channel Islands.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 5 working days.

We generally use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal mail 2nd class postage service for our standard postage service. If you wish expedited postage please select this at the checkout and we will instead use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail 1st Class service.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. This will include your tracking number if one is available.

Once shipped you should refer to the Royal Mail for any updates and to arrange redelivery.
